Rules & Regulations

Please read our guidelines carefully to ensure a disciplined and productive learning environment at all JCSM centers.

Registration & Admission

  • Application for registration should be submitted in the prescribed format along with the required documents and registration fee to the authorized study center.
  • The registration is valid only for the specific course and duration for which the student has applied.
  • Student must ensure that they meet the minimum eligibility criteria for the selected course before taking admission.

Academic Guidelines & Discipline

Attendance Policy

Students must maintain at least 75% attendance in both theory and practical classes. Absence for more than 15 consecutive days without information will result in cancellation of admission.

Course/Center Transfer

Transfer from one course to another or one center to another is allowed only within the first 15 days of admission, subject to the approval of the Head Office and payment of requisite fees.

Fee Payment

Course fees must be paid on or before the 10th of every month. A late fine will be applicable after the due date. JCSM reserves the right to terminate admission for non-payment of dues.

Conduct

Strict discipline and professional conduct are expected within the center premises. Use of mobile phones is prohibited during class hours. Damage to property will incur penalties.

Examination & Certification

  • Examinations consist of Theory and Practical modules. A student must pass both separately with a minimum of 40% marks.
  • If a student fails or misses an exam, they can apply for a re-examination by paying the prescribed re-exam fee.
  • The final certificate and mark sheet will be issued by the JCSM Head Office within 30-45 days of the result declaration.
  • Students can verify their certificates online through the JCSM official website using their unique registration number.

Note: The management of JCSM reserves the right to modify, add, or delete any of the above rules without prior notice. In case of any dispute, the decision of the Head Office shall be final and binding.
